Returns/Cancellations

Custom and handmade goods, we can not canceled and refund except quality issue. Please contact us first if you have any question.

General Goods

Our returns/Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us within the 30 days at info@alphaoneny.com or contact us online.

Due to international shipping costs and customs charges we can not offer refunds on original shipping. If you want to refund or exchange your product because you do not like it it will be your responsibility to return the goods with a tracked service correctly marked as a return of goods to avoid customs charges.

To complete your return, we require an order number and email for proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us for RMA authorisation first. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the package and put detailed notes of your return reason inside the box.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defects/Warranty Exchanges/Replacements
We only replace items like for like if they are defective or damaged. Please report all lost/damaged in transit parcels and manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt to info@alphaoneny.com or contact us online. We will guide you through a returns application and send you a pre-paid label to ship back via fedex. Once received we will then send you a full replacement. Damage has to be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods but functional defects can be up to 30 days.

We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for any returns/exchanges that are a fault of EME Tools or simply send replacements where deemed cost effective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but we aim to resolve all issues in 7-10 days.
